Business Support Administrator

  • Hollilander Limited is a Recruitment Agency specializing in overseas nurse recruitment and has been running for the last 13 years. We are looking to hire a Business Support Administrator for our organisation and preference will be given to candidates who have experience working within the Healthcare sector.

Job Description:

  • Develop the strategic plan to get vacancies from Nursing Homes and Hospitals for our agency nurses and healthcare assistants.
  • Develop and build a rapport and interpersonal relationships with HR, Managers and other relevant people at nursing homes and hospitals.
  • Effective and clear communicator.
  • Support the day to day business administrative tasks
  • Perform all the other related duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Highly organised and methodical approach to work.
  • Third level qualification and/or previous experience in Business administration or in the healthcare sector.
  • Fluent English essential, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Dynamic, flexible and capable of prioritizing tasks.
  • Microsoft Office essentials: Excel, Word, Database and Spreadsheet Management.
  • Google Mail and Calendars.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Training will be provided.
