We are looking to hire a Business Support Administrator for our organisation and preference will be given to candidates who have experience working within the Healthcare sector.
Job Description:
- Develop the strategic plan to get vacancies from Nursing Homes and Hospitals for our agency nurses and healthcare assistants.
- Develop and build a rapport and interpersonal relationships with HR, Managers and other relevant people at nursing homes and hospitals.
- Effective and clear communicator.
- Support the day to day business administrative tasks
- Perform all the other related duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Highly organised and methodical approach to work.
- Third level qualification and/or previous experience in Business administration or in the healthcare sector.
- Fluent English essential, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Dynamic, flexible and capable of prioritizing tasks.
- Microsoft Office essentials: Excel, Word, Database and Spreadsheet Management.
- Google Mail and Calendars.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Training will be provided.
