Hollilander Recruitment is a Healthcare staffing agency and recruits Nurses and Healthcare assistants for Nursing homes and Private Hospitals. We are actively placing Healthcare Assistants for our employers. Currently we are looking for candidates who would like to work as Agency HCA and cover locum shifts that arise in both Nursing homes or Hospitals.

Position: Agency HCA
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out care plan requirements of patients
- Promote and actively involved in teamwork.
- Creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the resident.
- Facilitate and implement a person centred service appropriate to the needs, wishes and requirements of the resident.
- Provide personal assistance in all aspects of personal care and manual handling, ensuring comfort and hygiene of service users and adhering to safe practice at all times.
- Providing companionship and social engagement.
Qualifications/Experience:
Essential:
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare
- Experience working in Healthcare setting
- All applicants must reside in Ireland
