Referral bonuses are awarded on a per-candidate basis for each successful referral of Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and Nurses that results in a confirmed placement within the organization. This program is designed to encourage the introduction of qualified, reliable, and committed professionals into the workforce.

To maintain high standards of service and ensure that referred candidates are both suitable and dependable, the referral bonus will be processed only after the referred HCAs or Nurse has successfully completed a minimum of five work shifts. These shifts must be fulfilled in accordance with the organization’s scheduling, attendance, and performance expectations.

Once the candidate’s completion of the required shifts has been verified by the relevant department or supervisor, the referral bonus will be approved and credited to the referrer. This approach ensures that all referrals contribute meaningfully to operational needs while rewarding those who help bring in dedicated healthcare professionals.
